Introducing our multilingual and multitalented host of Asian Games 🎙️

Google wanted to be a part of Asia’s biggest sporting event that hosts visitors from more than 40 countries. So instead of creating an ad, we turned Google Translate into the AI host of Asian Games. By using its voice and camera feature, we gave Google Translate a personality in different languages to connect with everyone in the stadium.
The audience loved it, with all the (shamelessly) dad jokes, off-key singing and all.

We also composed a culturally nostalgic song that was fully created using the Google Translate app to mark the closing event. The whole stunt became a hot conversation topic within millions of watchers, with $0 media budget. I’d say its an eventful week for the clients indeed.
